Shipping policy
The shipping is done by DHL from Germany and will be dispatched within 1-3 working days from date of order.
Only bigger packages include a tracking number. If you buy only prints (send via envelope) there is no tracking number included.
If you want to receive a Tracking Number for your print order, you need to upgrade your Shipping Method to the tracked version.
Shipping costs may vary dependant on which products are purchased due to parcel size and weight.

- Estimated delivery in Switzerland: 1-2 business days after shipping
- Estimated delivery in Europe: 7-15 business days after shipping
- Estimated delivery outside Europe: 17-30 business days after shipping
DAMAGES & DELAYS
I'm not responsible for losses or delays incurred by the shipping service. If you give an incomplete or wrong address I'll not refund you the shipping cost.
If your shipment arrives clearly damaged please contact me by sending me a photo of the damaged order as soon as you have received it.
INFO FOR EU / UK CUSTOMERS
Any import taxes + fees, including VAT, are the customer's responsibility.
I will not collect nor remit VAT, so it will be collected by your country's customs office.
Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs
